Look no further, this Spirited 380 catamaran is undoubtedly the best of its kind – with many design improvements having been incorporated in the professional build and since. Increased storage, extended transom access, revised head and cabin plan, steps and removable seats at the helms to just name a few.
Built by South East Cat Co in Sydney, the design and construction has been very well thought through in all aspects to provide a user friendly catamaran whilst retaining the performance capability these designs are renowned for. Her integrated construction means fewer parts and so no rattles, creaks or groans when sailing. Even with increased structural considerations she is still 2.5 tonnes lighter than nearly any other catamaran of her size.
It is an as new boat, only used very sparingly after launching in late 2014, as proven by the very low engine usage (64 hours). All equipment, the in built systems, and the sails are also as new with very little use. The linen, the kitchen crockery, cutlery, pots & pans are all brand new (some still in the wrapping!).
What you also notice on this boat is there is no boat smell! A ‘sealed construction’ method has been employed to prevent migration of water from one area to another. There is no water trapped in bilges to lead to that ‘smell’. The two heads are one piece with flowing contours and no exposed plumbing, so easily washed and cleaned with no nooks and crannies to trap dirt or mould.

• Minimized deck fastenings to prevent the usual leak points, including stanchion bases that are moulded into the deck instead of bolted.

The current owner was the builder/designer and will spend as much time as possible with the new owner to make sure all benefits are understood to their best advantage.
