||Power Plant (Propulsion)
1) Propulsion engine for the boat 15.1 MT
The boat will be powered by: 2 x MAN Diesel Propulsion Engine
440hp at 2220 rpm.
The engines will be in accordance with standard delivery, equipment and specifications.
The engines will be installed on shock absorbers suitable for this engine in order to minimize vibrations.
2) Auxiliary engine
The boat will be powered by ; 1 x Marine Diesel Generator Engine
Cummins ONAN or Caterpillar 17 KW at 1500 Rpm
Local Operation Panel mounted on the Generator and contains oil pressure gauge, water temperature gauge and tachometer with combined hour meter.
3) Power pack
380V electric supplied power pack to be arranged to supply power for all the hydraulic systems.
The following accessories to be provided:
Exhaust manifold with flexible fittings. The a water lock, wet type
Fuel filters with water traps.
Air filter, dry type.
Reverse reduction gearboxes to be engine mounted and of good marine quality.
Gearboxes shall be connected to the main engines via a flexible coupling
Gearbox reduction ratio 4.1.
6) Gauges and Instrument panel
The helm control console shall be fitted with a comprehensive engine monitoring instrument package from MAN.
Gauges and Instrument panel on the Bridge will include:
Water temperature gauge
Oil pressure gauge - engine
Ampere meter and battery charge meter
Alarm panel to include:
Oil pressure - low
Temperature jacket water - high
7) Spare parts
Spare parts are optional and following spare parts will be delivered with boat;

8) Cooling System
The sea water supply system consists of two sea chest/filter arrangements cross-connected via valve.
Valves should be Gate valves and ball valves.

All around the boat at deck level round half-pipe shape steel fender (abt. Dia 200) to be installed. At Push bow D type fenders will be mounted vertically as shown in a GA plans, 300mm Diameter One roller will be installed at fore deck with same level of main deck.
Mooring, Outfit and Anchor
One (1) anchor with 12 mm. Chain and 30 m length.
Hydraulic operated windlass. 1 ton capacity
Anchor will be stored at the fore deck.
Four (4) synthetic mooring ropes 20 m. Each, 30 mm. Circumference.
Strong Steel bollards for mooring to be fitted two fore and two aft.

Fuses and breakers to be in one switchbox and located in the wheelhouse console, easily maintained and operated by the helmsman.

Wheelhouse will be fabricated in steel about 2100 mm. Height and will be placed at the Mid-ship starboard side as seen on the general arrangement section of the boat for easy operation. The Bidders / Shipyards (herein called "Builder") are to offer a proven design of such a boat and a full building specification to the owner, (herein called "Owner").
All correspondence plans and documents under these Specifications to be in English.
All labels will be in English.
All units of measurements for this Boat will be in metric units.
The Owner holds the right to supervise in all times the building/outfitting/preparation of the boat to be supplied, by his representatives or other nominated by him.

Classification & Regulations
The shipyard built the vessel in acceptance of good marine standards and delivery them to the buyer in working condition furnished by all means as describes in specifications.
Additional works modifications requested by the buyer after signed of the Contract, shall be priced separately by the shipyard and will be collected by the buyer prior commencing the requested extra works and obviously extend the delivery time that has been accepted before.
Materials and Workmanship
All materials will be new, of first class marine quality. Wood to be durable hardwood, well-seasoned, and well preserved. The workmanship of the hull and fittings throughout shall be of good marine practice.
The hull and wheelhouse will be constructed of steel plate all steels will be shot blasted before fabrication. In way of bollards and lifting eyes, deck will be strengthened by internals and reinforced under additional stiffening will be provided as necessary in way of engine seats.
The boat's hull will be divided into four watertight compartments.
The fore peak will serve as water ballast tank. Access from store room will be provided, through watertight opening on fore peak bulkhead.
Cargo Tanks spaces between fore peak bulkhead and engine room fwd bulkhead. Access to Cargo Tanks area via W. T. Door in Engine Room and through a stairs from Galley on main deck.
Instrument panels arranged in an ergonomic way to have good visibility angles and ease of operation by the helmsman. One comfortable chair shall be installed on adequate foundations.
Additional upholstered benches for 2 crews seating or sleeping.
Benches, top lift, and provided with lockers under for storage of life jackets and any other equipment.
Linings / Ceiling Face will be laminate plywood white color. Panel joints will be hard wood, all wood will be well seasoned good quality.

Outfit and Equipment
One bolted W. T. Access hatch will be provided on main deck above the Engine Room, for engine maintenance and/or removal of engine parts.
Secondary hatch will be provided on aft of galley to serve as ventilation opening during maintenance and as entrance and escape hatch. Entrance ladders are to be installed.
Steel doors for access to wheelhouse with window will be provided in the port bulkhead.
All opening covers and doors will be closed by dogs. The doors according The G. A Plan
Windows will be provided all around the wheelhouse.
Frame profiles between windows to be as narrow as possible so as not interfere with the visibility. The forward windows to be provided with electrically operated, wiper.
A steel mast will be fitted to top of the wheel house folding type shall be designed to carry the navigation lights and antenna.
Outside railing will be provided around the superstructure.
Height of railing shall be below windows. All railing shall be steel tubes.
