We are selling our 1/6 share in a successful yacht syndicate.
The syndicate:
Privately run, the yacht is based in Martha Cove and we have our 1/6 share available. The syndicate only has two other members as we sold half of our 1/3 share to them.
The boat:
Beneteau Oceanis 331 (34 foot), 2003 model.
How it works:
The 34 foot vessel is at Martha Cove and sometimes winters in Western Port. A member can also take her to Wilson’s Prom, King Island etc for short hops.
We operate on a rotational calendar for weekends and peak periods / holidays are equally divided and rotated on a yearly basis. Week days can be booked by any member.
Members:
The syndicate has a total of three members.
Cost:
$23,000, you will then own 1/6 share in the boat.
Ongoing usage / maintenance of vessel is divided 1/6 at cost.
