The demi hulls and tunnel is a one piece moulding of solid laminate to USL Code requirements, each hull is subdivided with 6 watertight bulkheads, a system of transverse beams spaced at approximately 500mm supports the demi hulls and tunnel structure, the engines are mounted on longitudinal girders supported by watertight bulkheads fore and aft, the cockpit floor and cabin floor is a solid fibreglass laminate supported by and glassed to the transverse beams, this floor is then fully glassed up into the sides of the demi hulls making it totally watertight, the transoms are solid GRP laminate.
The superstructure is a solid GRP moulding fully glassed to the hull laminate internally making it one integral unit, the cabin structure is supported by internal bulkheads and built in furnishings, the cabin roof is stiffened with transverse beams and internal foam core, it has been built for live loading, the Flybridge moulding is a one piece moulding fully glassed and bolted to the cabin structure.
