The fully covered aft deck is really an extension of the saloon and provides added livability. There are boarding gates port and starboard, a large transom door, port and starboard side deck access and a comfortable ladder to the boat deck and flybridge. There is voluminous lazarette storage and easy access to the rudder shelf and steering components.
Entering the saloon from the aft deck there is a settee to port with generous storage under and an L-shaped settee and expandable dining table to starboard, all with custom upholstery. There are large opening windows port and starboard as well as an opening window in the aft bulkhead. There are teak valances and curtains on all windows. On the port side forward is a desk with additional storage and bookshelves.

Up from the saloon / galley is the pilothouse. There are side doors port and starboard, a settee with a breakfast table and custom upholstery that converts to a double berth, 2 overhead hatches and an opening port. The navigation aids are conveniently located and there is a large area to starboard for proper chart work and 2 full size chart drawers.
Down and forward from the pilothouse is the spacious stateroom with island queen berth with memory foam pillow top, 2 hanging lockers, opening overhead hatch, mirrored vanity, generous under-berth storage and 5 opening ports. The stateroom is bright and airy and easily ventilated should you choose not to use air conditioning.
Aft of the stateroom to starboard is the head with separate stall shower. There is a VacuFlush fresh water toilet, Corian vanity with medicine cabinet and a stall shower with bi-fold door and teak grate.
One of the unique features of the Krogen 39' is the walk-in stand-up engine room, complete with work bench and vice. All systems and components are easily accessed adding to the ease of proper maintenance.
Flybridge and Boat Deck
A ladder from the aft deck leads up to the boat deck and flybridge. There is a mast and boom for dinghy launch and retrieval from either the port or starboard side. The mast is also part of the A-frame assembly for the paravanes / flopper stoppers. The flybridge has a canvas console cover and bimini top. Visibility is excellent.

In keeping with the owners' KISS philosophy, BODACIOUS is equipped with a custom designed roll reduction system that is effective both underway and at rest, all without the need for electromechanical apparatus and the requisite maintenance associated with active fin stabilization. BODACIOUS' system is professionally designed to easily and safely deploy and retrieve the stabilizing "fish".
