Marksply 13m Flybridge cruiser. Built to survey and in survey until recently. - (25 + 2 ) Same owner for 20 years who has kept her in top condition throughout. Reluctant sale to downsize.
Huge amount of space, great for entertaining, live aboard, large families etc.
Fiberglass sheathed Timber hull gives the best of both worlds. Low Maintenance and the wood boat feel in one package.

V-berth, marine head to port, pilot berth to starboard and
galley forward, saloon with the engine compartment below
and the bridge deck above midships, and a semi-enclosed
cockpit aft.

MARINE TOILET: 12-volt TMC-999 head with a polypropylene sullage tank.
SHOWER: Hot and cold pressure fresh water is plumbed to the head
HOT WATER SERVICE: Stainless steel encased HWS heat exchanged by the engine and 240v.

tacho with warning lamps and alarm.
ELECTRICAL WIRING: 12 & 24-volt DC + 240 volt AC.
BATTERIES: 2 x N110MF 12-volt for house use + 2 x 12-volt N70T for the
engine all in battery boxes and connected through rotary and
key isolation switches.
VHF TRANSCEIVER: Beloom + GME Electrophone GX548.
A. M. TRANSCEIVER: Uniden Sea-Wasp MC-4300.
RADIO CASSETTE: GME Electrophone AM/FM/Cassette with Electrophone speakers.
TRANSFORMER/CHARGER: Honeywell 24-volt DC to 240-volt AC inverter.
COMPASS: Saturn with an inclinometer at the lower helm station.
CLOCK/BAROMETER: Barigo barometer & Stockburger barometer/thermometer & quartz clock.
OTHER: Mitsuba trumpet horn. 24-volt windshield wiper.

COOKING FACILITIES: Roden Ranger gas appliance with 2 x burners and oven/grill.
GAS BOTTLE: 4.5-kg Cook-on bottle with regulator and stop solenoid. Cockpit locker vented to the atmosphere.
GAS DETECTOR: BEP Marine Detector + D. V. K. Monitor Systems GA286SV.
REFRIGERATION / ICE BOX: Eutectic fridge and top loading freezer. The compressor
system has been disconnected and the fridge and freezer
are now used as ice boxes.
FRESH WATER TANKS: Polypropylene tank - approx 300-ltrs capacity.

BILGE: 24-volt Rule 2000 submersible pump with a float switch + a
FRESH WATER: Johnson electromagnetic clutch mechanical pump on the
engine + Henderson manual pump and bilge alarm.
24-volt Par Jabsco Par-Max4 with an auto pressure switch.
DECKWASH: 12-volt Shurflo Blaster diaphragm pump.
ANCHOR WINCH: Muir V-900 reversing winch with deck switches and remote
control at both helm stations.

ANCHOR & WARP: Two plough anchors with new 10-mm chain.
SAFETY RAILINGS: 25-mm stainless steel bow rail and 21-mm diameter stainless
steel safety rails on the bridge deck.
NAVIGATION LIGHTS: Port, starboard, stern, steaming and anchor lights.
FENDERS: 4 x large pneumatic.
LIFE RAFT: 2 x 10 person Carley rafts.
LIFE BUOY: 4 x GRP polypropylene rings with mounting racks on the
bridge and transom.
FLARES: 2 x red and 1 x orange flares as per survey requirements
FIRE EXTINGUISHERS: 3 x Exelgard 4.5 kg, 1 x 1.5 kg dry chemical extinguishers.
LIFE JACKETS: 27 x Taft Coastal Mk III jackets.
MEDICAL KIT: Trafalgar kit to NSW Maritime requirements.
SPOT LIGHT: Lucas hand held.
OTHER: Wormald fire blanket. Dolphin torch & tool kit with various tools including an axe. All safety equipment as per survey requirements including
buckets etc.

CANOPY/COVERS/AWNING S: Bimini and fully enclosed curtains, storm cover and wind dodgers on the bridge, cockpit awning and storm cover, plus breezeway on the windscreen.
Triple diagonal 6-mm Kauri planking sheathed in glass
reinforced plastic, supported by 100 x 25-mm frames @ 950-
mm centres over 25 x 25-mm side & bottom stringers @ 200-
mm centres, with 50-mm & 30-mm deep floors @ 475-mm
centres. 18 & 25-mm plywood water tight bulkheads are in
accordance with survey requirements. The transom stern is
50-mm thick and supported by 25 x 75-mm stiffeners.
200-mm wide hog, length dead wood with a docking strip
below the hull.
Painted GRP balsa cored sandwich construction on weather
decks and cabin sides. The bridge and cockpit structures are
timber and sheathed in GRP
Oiled teak fit-out. The fore and aft decks
are lacquered laid teak and the saloon deck is carpeted. The
head/shower compartment is moulded in GRP and the deck
heads are panelled laminate.
