Carvel construction in genuine 1" NZ Kauri with a low maintenance aluminium cabin and flybridge. "Eagle Bay" has been owned and meticulously maintained for many years by an experienced local shipwright whose attention to detail is inspirational.
Features big wide side decks, a lovely big aft cockpit which is ideal for fishing, a second helm station on the flybridge and plenty of comfort inside. Accommodation includes a convertable vee berth with toilet under, a small galley with pressurised water and a 2 burner stove and 2 settees which can also be used as kids berths.
Steering is light and responsive both upstairs and down, and there is the option of tiller steering with electric auto-pilot from the cockpit - ideal for trolling for skippies! The immaculate Holden 202 gives smooth and quiet cruising with only 4 lt/hr fuel use. Engine and gearbox are keel-cooled for peace of mind and there is a heavy duty aluminium sump tray to keep the bilge clean.
"Eagle Bay" is a credit to it's owner and will impress all who step aboard.
