If you live on one of our Canal Estates or enjoy a leisurely day on our sheltered waterways this beautifully presented refurbed Seafarer open dory could be for you. Ideally suited for a small family or a couple to spend a day on QLD's Broadwater or Bribie Passage or any number of local waterways, drop in a crab pot or have a lazy fish or simply just enjoy the environment.
The boat has been used to date as "family" mover, transporting a family from the mainland a short 20 minutes' drive across to a holiday home at Couran Cove on South Stradbroke Island..
The fibreglass finish is well maintained & sleek to operate in the water & with 3 bench seats fitted with cushion top this rig offers ample room to sit comfortably within.
Due to the intermittent weather and having to return on a Sunday afternoon, to protect the occupants and personal gear, over $2,500 worth of quality, custom made full length canopies have been manufactured and fitted along with complete drop/ side clears for all weather protection.
Entertainment is by way of a GME AM/FM radio or if preferred just enjoy the lull of the water against the hull.
The late model, 2009 model 25hp Evinrude E-TEC outboard has a low 40 hours shown on a computer diagnostic report so you can be assured of many future years of economical boating ahead and further backed with a Marine Queensland engine warranty. If you enjoy venturing into the freshwater impoundments, you'll be welcome with this clean low emission outboard.
All of this sits atop a quality Seafarer manufacturer endorsed Tinka trailer with a low tow weight of under 750kg's making this rig suitable for most midsized family vehicles to tow. The trailer rolls 13 inch dress alloy wheels with multi rollers, making launch and retrieving an easy affair.
As the photos depict, she's beautifully presented, so get in early to grab this rig for your holidays. At $7,995 tow home with all the benefits of buying through JCM as outlined below, it offers sensational value and makes for a great alternative to an aluminium dory / tinny.
