|French made production (500+) 21ft trimaran. Privately imported into Australia, these were $EU 30,000 new. 350kg, pivoting centreboard and category C complied in the EU for six adults. Unsinkable with closed cell foam in all three hulls.
Category C - Inshore: is for boats operating in coastal waters and large bays and lakes with winds to Force 6, up to 27 knots, and significant seas 7 feet high.
Comes with 2.5 Yamaha that has less than 10hrs use (I find I don't need it and I generally leave it at home).
Can be rigged and launched in less than an hour by one person. Draught is less than 15cm with the board up and with kick up Centreboard and rudder it is perfect for shallow water cruising. Using pop up tents it can become a two bedroom cruiser.
Very good condition hot dip galvanized full roller trailer. Break back trailer so it has never had the hubs in the water, it is very easy to roll the boat on and off. Quite often I don't use a ramp.
Two dacron mains one with two reefing points. Comes with anchor on a winding reel for rode.
Both rudder and centreboard have been upgraded with composite NACA foils. Rudder has fence fitted to stop rudder ventilation once the boat starts planing. Fastest I have seen is 16kts but manufacturer claims 20+.
Competitive with older Farrier tris and Wetas.
Never antifouled bottom is smooth, trailer has lifting gear on the winch so mast can be raised with no effort in the wind. Rig can be dropped on the water to go under bridges.
Has circumnavigated Phillip and French Islands in a day with full load of camping gear. Perfect for a young family or person who wants a relatively light bigger weta. Exellent boat for exploring shallow water as draught is less than 15cm and both centreboard and rudder kick up on grounding.
Selling as I need a boat with a cabin and heads.
