This would have to be one of Robin Chamberlins best designs. They are an extremely seaworthy 30’ cruising catamaran that is easy to sail singled handed, being fitted with a self tacking headsail. This centreboard version sails to windward as good as any cruiser/racer keel boat. It has been successfully raced in the Moreton Bay area having said to have exceeded 22 knots. The current owner being somewhat more conservative has attained a speed of just over 15 knots. This boat is an ideal compact cruiser and when kept light will deliver surprising average speeds.
