|This Catalina 42 MKll is a fastidiously maintained sailing yacht and features autopilot, plotter, targa bar with davits, Mobilert man overboard system as well as all the standard Catalina equipment including forward & aft cabins with ensuites and holding tanks. Hot & cold showers and a third hot & cold deck shower. Innerspring mattresses, large refrigerator, anchor windlass with Delta anchor and chain warp, Raymarine ST60 wind speed & depth instruments.
She is the fin keel pullman version and has proven a successful club racer as well as a very comfortable home for her owners. Built to survey however was never put into charter.
The yacht was launched in December 2005 and like all Catalina yachts, boasts a large cockpit, large side decks, lead fin keel, and a large light & airy interior. She is perfectly suited for WA's hot weather and strong winds where she was till 2013. She is now in Malaysia but the owners are happy to deliver back to Australia if required.
