|This great performing and quality built Ericson 32 foot Cruising Yacht, Sea Time was launched in 1975. Designed by renowned yacht designer Bruce King and built at the Ericson factory in America. The vessel is powered by a 24hp Yanmar diesel and has a full array of sailing inventory.
The cockpit is well protected by the bimini style dodger and clear screens with a centre opening in front for ventilation. The navigational equipment is modern and sufficient for all facets of cruising. Inside the vessel you will find a spacious saloon with lounge seating to starboard and u-shaped lounge with dining table to port, navigation table and the galley to starboard. Forward of the saloon is a V-berth double cabin. To the port forward is a full size bathroom and head and a there is a single berth cabin to aft port. Rear of the saloon is a lift up companionway to gain access to the engine.
After having purchased the vessel "Sea Time" in Queensland, and doing an extensive refitting of a lot of its inventory, my intention was to sail this vessel to Phuket in Thailand.
I sailed on to Darwin and now have travelled down to Perth. My circumstances have changed dramatically and so I am compelled to now sell Sea Time. She is a very agile and capable sailing vessel, and I have made her extremely user friendly for solo sailing and as a very economical live aboard home on the water. The new 250 watt solar panel, 4 new batteries and wind vane, new regulator, all mean that I hardly ever need to use the new generator. She averages 45/50 nm motoring for 10 litres of diesel.
Her sails are in excellent condition and even the spinnaker with her new sock is easily hoisted and lowered single handedly. She has just been cleaned and anti-fouled and surveyed at Dinah Beach Yacht Club careening poles. By comparison there is a near similar Ericsson 32 on page one of "boatshedphuket. Com", I believe my vessel has a superior inventory and far more attractive features. Phuket prices are historically much lower than Australian prices. I am looking for an immediate buyer as I need to move on with impending commitments.
