NOW REDUCED!
The Jeanneau 45.2 is well known and admired for her tremendously large cockpit and was one of the first designs to offer a twin wheel set up, as with all Jeanneaus of this era these boats were built strongly using traditional stronger layup techniques and are powerful, fast sailing boats. Her deeper draft also makes her an excellent upwind performer. This vessel has been in private ownership for many years now and has been exceptionally upgraded and maintained by her caring and knowledgeable owner.

Her upgrades in recent years really are too numerous to list here so please do look at the full specifications to see how much added value she now has, highlights are three independent refrigeration systems, a beautiful custom targa arch incorporating solar array, wind generator and dinghy davits (the latter holding a lovely RIB, with custom tube covers and a 15 hp engine). She has also recently been supplied with an array of new electronics as well as having a water maker, invertor etc. She is more than ready to go cruising anywhere her next owner desires, in tremendous comfort and style. If you are looking for a fully equipped cruising boat that is both sea worthy and performs well and is ready to go in almost every respect, then this boat is well worthy of your serious consideration!

Accommodation
(3/4 Cabins / 2 Heads)

Starting forward and accessed from the deck by way of a large hatch and a ladder is a great outside storage locker, large enough to store many fenders, dive tanks or other bulky items. Aft of this storeroom is the master cabin which can be configured in various ways. The current owners enjoy her with a full king sized bed that stretches across the full width of the boat, this can easily be converted to a center queen by removal of two in-fills, one on each side, which then allows each person to get on to the berth from their side of the bed. If more sleeping accommodations are required, then a removal centerline bulkhead can be installed (10 minutes work with no tools required) to then provide two mirror image cabins each with a double berth and plenty of changing area. The port cabin has a hanging closet and a shelved closet, the starboard cabin has a hanging closet, both cabins also have eye level shelving down each side of the beds, to provide plenty of useful storage space. Last but not least, and a most ingenious feature of this cabin, is that there are two 1' by 1' hatches that can be opened in the forward bulkhead to allow extra ventilation from the storeroom forward.

Directly aft of the master cabin and to starboard is the master head unit that can be accessed from the salon and ensuite from the master cabin through a second doorway.

Moving aft into the salon we find a linear galley on the port side with storage locker and sinks forward, stove central and top opening refrigerator and freezer box most aft. The galley has plenty of work surfaces and lots of eye level storage closets as well as more storage below some of the surfaces. Most aft in the salon and to port is the second head that can also be accessed from the salon or the port aft cabin, by way of two separate doorways.
