|Always There, a late model Marzcraft 35 launched in 1990 and first sailed in 1991, is listed exclusively for sale with YOTI.
The owners have purchased another vessel and now motivated to sell. Best value Martzcraft 35 on the market and certainly one of the better options.
A very well constructed example of the proven Martzcraft 35 fitted out for comfortable extended coastal and blue water cruising, Always There is Australian registered and was built under regular inspection by a registered marine surveyor and therefore offers an accompanying certificate of inspection. The interior layout lends itself to live aboard accommodation with a large double aft cabin, fully enclosed head, very serviceable galley with large refrigeration and gas Maxie stove / oven, admirable woodwork and extensive storage space for provisions. Beyond the mahogany and beech, full length stringers buttress the hull as do structural bulk heads. Fresh water tankage is more than sufficient storing 620 litres. Storage is ample both below decks in the dedicated storage / workshop area and also on deck with a massive lazarette, forward locker and custom storage boxes. The capable rig offers an inner forestay accommodating a storm jib and the sail wardrobe includes two furling headsails, Multi Purpose Spinnaker (MPS), storm sails and battened mainsail with three reef points. Instrumentation is comprehensive with Raymarine auto-pilot, colour chart plotter, RADAR and VHF and HF radios. Battery charger, inverter and holding tank have all been added recently to round off the solid and well maintained package which also boasts the all important new 42Hp engine installed in just 2010.
The current owners who have owned the yacht for around 10 years have enjoyed easy sailing on Pittwater as well as two extended cruises up the east coast to the Whitsunday's and beyond - exactly what the vessel was built for.
