|This centre cockpit yacht has seen many recent upgrades and has had a long history with the current owner. She has been maintained to a high standard and should give buyers confidence to head out with not a lot more than to load their cruising supplies aboard head of on that long planned adventure. Internally she presents nicely as the images will attest and the same applies for the topsides. The new owner will benefit from the fact that she has seen a very recent antifoul. This yacht has a solid history of cruising the coast and will no doubt provide a safe and comfortable platform, for continued cruising.
We have a very complete package of images available should you wish to see them prior to inspection.

||Entering the yacht down the companionway from the centre cockpit the internal volume of this yacht stands out. Considering she sits in the 37ft range, you do feel like you are aboard a much larger yacht. Forward and to Starboard in the saloon you have an L shaped seating arrangement around a lovely timber dining table. This has been built with a lot of attention including the inlay work as a feature. Blue upholstery is in good condition here. Galley is to port and forward from here is the large (bigger than King) forward Vee berth with fully sprung Mattresses - NEW Oct 2014, that can be converted back to 2 x singles if required. The electrically operated head/bathroom is located on the starboard side with a hot and cold pressurised shower. Moving back through the saloon, access to the aft owners Island double berth is to port. This is another area that belies the boats actual size. Internally the yacht is finished with a quality fitout in timber and having white panelling on the coachroof undersides gives her a light and airy feel with traditional timber warmth.

||This yacht represents great value and would suit someone wanting to either live aboard or cruise up and down the coast seasonally. As you can see from the detailed inventory above, she has had a constant maintenance program in place, that has kept the yacht in a condition where buyers can literally load their gear aboard and go sailing. Having been aboard for some time during the listing process, we have first hand knowledge on this yacht and would highly recommend inspection. A very complete file of images is also available on request.
