9m x 4m Float dock in new condition

For sale is a near new, 9m x 4m float dock. This dock is located in the Mandurah canals, and it currently reconfigured to fit the pen at its current location. The rear of the dock has the ramp that moves up and down for ease of getting your vessel on and off, plus it gets your boat and motor completely out of the water. This cost just under 20k a few months ago. Am selling for 15k (Firm). I'm also selling my near new (under 20 hours), 2022 (Del 2/23) Mac boat centre console (6m poly with a 115hp Honda 4 stoke). Great boat for fishing, crabbing etc. If your after a package deal, I'll discount the float dock by 2k. Boat is for sale at 50k, total cost for both would be 63k.
