Fat Star can be transported to another waterway; if you choose to do this, you do not have to purchase the GMW Lake Eildon Category 1 Houseboat License. This can be sold separately. This is valued at $30,000.00. You can deduct this from the Asking Price.  

Fat Star has been on Lake Eildon and moored at Taylor Bay for many years and comes with a GMW Category 1 Houseboat License.
