Comments: Toodle Pips underwent a major overhaul in 2005, where new pontoons were fitted and the houseboat was completely renovated, presenting her as a new houseboat. In 2017 Toodle Pips was removed from the water and the pontoons were serviced and a third centre pontoon was added. She now enjoys good buoyancy.
Toodle Pips is a two-storey houseboat measuring 15m in length and 5m in width with a rear duckboard.
At water level, Toodle Pips has a modern very open plan. All walls and ceilings appear to be in very good condition.
Toodle Pips has front dining and lounge area with couch/sofa bed. This flows into a modern well-presented side kitchen with servery and large electric fridge/freezer. A toilet and vanity services this area.

Toodle Pips is powered by a Mariner 50Hp Big Foot Motor. Toodle Pips has access to Shore Power whilst in the Marina and has a Honda 5.5kva Generator with a 200amphr house battery and battery charger when out on the River.
This electrical setup enables two R/C Air-conditioners, electric fridges, electric & microwave ovens, 3 large screen TV's as well as other appliances.
