The pontoons on Smiley are not original and were new in 2007; they provide extra buoyancy with a lot of freeboard; it is far better to have more than enough buoyancy than struggle for buoyancy. The current owners have taken advantage of this and have built a completely new upstairs area that can be used all year round. A great addition to Smiley. It has been built to minimize maintenance with composite aluminium used for external cladding. Front and rear tinted sliding glass doors with side tinted windows that are so easy to open or close depending on the weather. Being up there during the cooler months will be so special as you are warm and able to feel the magnificent serenity; enough to bring a smile to your face.

At Water Level Smiley has been completely repainted inside and out. The new flooring looks fantastic whilst being so fit for purpose with kids and or family pets walking on it. The Kitchen is all new with new appliances and a new Westinghouse Fridge/Freezer.

Smiley has three bedrooms which are serviced by a refurbished bathroom. You will love your Showers with the new DAB Water Pump and Rinnai Hot Water Service. The new First Storey Level really sets off the Smiley package providing a great second relaxation/entertainment space as well as a space to lie back and enjoy the sun. It would not be difficult to add a fourth Master Bedroom if you decided you wanted one.
