Gotcha is an outstanding family boat with 6 bunks (2 doubles and 2 singles) and extensive deck and cabin area. The cabin area is completely surrounded by clears and roll up shade cloth. The clears can also be rolled up. The central table has fold up side panels and can comfortably seat 6 to 8. The fore decks are solid with storage under the catwalk for fenders, lines and snorkelling gear. She has a fully equipped galley in the port hull and an electric toilet in s'board hull. The toilet empties into a holding tank, or overboard when at sea. An external shower is on the rear deck. She carries 150ltrs of water and 200ltrs of fuel. She is powered by 2 x 40HP Tohatsu outboards (2 stroke) with 19kts max speed and 13kts cruising. The motors are regularly serviced and all work has been logged. She uses 1.5 to 2ltrs per NM for both motors depending on conditions. She has a Sarca main anchor with 30m of chain and 30m of rope operated by an electric winch, and a Danforth rear anchor with 5m of chain and 20m of rope. She only draws 500mm of water, so can access areas where most boats cant, and can be safely beached on sandy ground for maintenance or convenience.
There are 2 motor batteries and 2 house batteries charged by a 200watt solar panel. Gotcha has all safety equipment including horn, V sheet and flare set. She has 10 life jackets including 2 inflatables. She has a VHF radio and depth sounder. She comes with a 2.4m Highfield RIB tender with a 3.5HP Tohatsu 2 stroke. The tender is carried on 2 davits off the rear deck. Gotcha was completely repainted in 2019 with Alexseal 2 pack yacht coatings, and Kiwigrip on the decks.
