The Hornet 1300 is the Go Fast, built by Couach Yachts. This is the dayboat version of the respected 1300 Interceptor built by the Couach Plascoa yard for military marine operations. It's been designed to do 50 knots in heavy seas.

This boat is cross between a super yacht tender and a commando boat. You have the qualities of the interceptor, a very fast seaworthy boat, and an excellent build quality to standards higher than a standard recreational boat. The hull is in fibreglass, Kevlar and carbon, is strong and light and made to last. The onboard systems are in keeping with military standards:

The boat is driven by 2 MAN 800 Hp engines, with Arneson surface drive propellers and a top speed of 52 knots. The range is 200 nautical miles at 35 knots. Enough to get from Tahiti to the Leeward islands in less than 3 hours - or to circuit Tetiaroa in 1h40.

The boat was build in 2013 and has been used as the Couach demo boat for the last several years, allowing them to become the makers of the well known Wally tenders. This can be seen in the very low engine hours - only 200h.

The Hornet 1300 can carry up to 12 people, with seating aft and in the large forward cockpit. The boat is equipped with a small double cabin, ideal for a night or 2 on board if you so wish.

This is a boat for speed enthusiasts and people passionate about high technology. A rare find.
