Present Moment is an Ocean Alexander Classico 50 Pilothouse, a well equipped long range cruiser. She has been well maintained by her current owner and is ready to take you anywhere you wish to go with her economical John Deere propulsion. She has active fin stabilizers, bow thruster, 12w Northern Lights generator and inverter making her a great comfortable cruiser at sea, on the hook or around the dock.

Saloon
The saloon is entered through a Diamond SeaGlaze weathertight sliding solid door off the aft deck. There are two opening windows to provide plenty of fresh air when on the hook or cruising. To starboard is a built in L-shaped Ultraleather settee with matching stools (with storage) and custom folding hi-lo teak table. Each side of the settee is long enough to allow a 6' man to stretch out for watching TV or sleeping. There is a vast amount of storage under settee and in four double door cabinets to port and a lighted china cabinet. Large windows with custom Roman shades to shade the interior. Teak and holly floors accentuate the clean lines. Entertainment is provided by a 23" Sony LCD TV with custom wall mount equipped with KVH Tracvision G4 satellite TV system and Sony home theatre CD/DVD system with 5 ceiling mounted speakers and woofer under the settee. TV is wired for cable hook up while dockside.

Galley
The U-shaped galley is forward of the saloon and to starboard. There is ample storage in 15 upper and lower cabinets and 5 large drawers. With an opening window over the sink there is plenty of fresh air and light. The galley features:

Pilot House
The pilothouse is up 4 steps from the saloon/galley area. It features a large Ultraleather settee with teak table (with 7" of fore and aft adjustment). There are 6 drawers under the settee including one very large drawer for chart storage. A long range pilot berth (or storage) is behind the settee. It has a well equipped helm with custom burled wood finish and teak steering wheel, a Stidd 500XL-2X2 Deluxe chrome and leather helm chair, Ritchie "Powerdamp" compass and red night vision light over helm station. Diamond SeaGlaze watertight sliding doors to port and starboard provide easy access to the Portuguese bridge. It also has a JBL MR-17 AM/FM/Sirius radio (with lifetime Sirius radio subscription) with Infinity speakers for entertainment. Windows to port and starboard and a ceiling hatch with sliding shade and screen make the room feel bright and airy, but there is a Textiline screen that wraps around the pilothouse for those extra bright days as well as two Hella 12V fans for ventilation. Teak and holly floors provide a subtle nautical feel.

Master Stateroom
The mid-ship master stateroom is complete with an island queen bed with a nightstand ledge on both sides. There are opening portholes for ventilation and ample storage in 2 large hanging lockers and 1 large locker with shelves. The major features are:

Master Head
The master head is complete with molded fiberglass stall shower w/ glass door, Black Galaxy granite counter top with sink, Grohe faucets and Tecma push button toilet. There is a mirrored medicine/storage cabinet above the counter and 3 additional cabinets and 1 drawer, GFI (110v) AC outlets, vent blowers and privacy shades for all port lights. Teak walls and cabinets and teak and holly floors finish the room.

Guest Stateroom
The guest stateroom is complete with hi-low berths with reading lights. There are 3 cabinets and 4 drawers for storage under the berths as well as a cedar lined hanging locker with automatic lighting and dressing mirror behind the door. There is also an elevated book or storage ledge running the length of each berth. A ceiling hatch (to foredeck) with sliding shade and screen as well as portlights with privacy screens keep the room bright and airy. A custom carpet and pad provides a luxurious feel.

Guest Head
The guest head is complete with a separate molded fiberglass stall shower w/ glass door. It also has a Black Galaxy granite top with sink, Tecma push button head and Grohe faucets.

Flybridge
The flybridge features Pomenette dual helm seat with custom Stamoid cover, a full suite of electronics (duplicating pilothouse) with custom Stamoid cover for electronics and locker doors, stereo AM/FM/Sirius radio controls and Infinity speakers, custom 1" stainless steel bimini frame with Stamoid fabric and Ritchie Navigator FNW-203 compass.

Engine Room, Mechanical Systems and Bilges
The engine room is accessed through two hatches in the saloon sole:
