Riviera 56 Enclosed Flybridge Shaft Drive EJS Manoeuvring

Well here it is, a once in a lifetime opportunity to have a Riviera 56 that has been fitted with a mountain of upgrades, is a proven long range cruiser and is in immaculate condition. The list of improvements is very very impressive but to snare your attention I will list the big ones :

There is so much to this Riviera 56 the following words do not really do it the justice it deserves, if your family is considering a boat of this calibre I urge you to make contact with the Specialised Marine Sales team to arrange a time to look over her. From the point of walking down the jetty she is a thing of beauty with plenty of Teak on the swim platform and Cockpit, wide gunwales and plenty of internal free board, she was designed for long haul and the fitout shows this with berthing winches to both Cockpit corners, heavy duty bollards and fairleads, ample storage below the decks and side pockets throughout. Room to spread out with the family enjoying the back deck, uncover the Teak table, lay out a few deck chairs fire up the Stainless Steel electric BBQ and push a few Barramundi fillets around while your guests relax with a cold drink in hand just a few steps away in the large Cockpit fridge. All of this with ample shade overhead.

The rear Galley is the most sought after of all Galley positions and it brings the entire entertaining side of the boat together with a a simple thought. Opening the large hob window brings the outside and the inside out to make for one of the most formidable entertaining platforms on the water today in WA. Ideal for large families to entertain with friends or to allow the crew to relax and refuel while still being in touch with the game rods dancing lures across the water as you pass the outer reefs of the Monties. All you need ready for the most amazing onboard meals. Meile Oven, Fisher & Paykal dishwasher, ceramic 3 element stove, Eutetic draw fridges teamed with plenty of storage for those long haul trips North. Corian bench tops and a high gloss timber finish compliments the boats appeal.
Having said all that this vessel is equally at home for having a luxury cruiser to explore all our local waters and trips to Rotto.

Looking for a little down time inbetween snorkelling off the back, relax in the plush leather lounges just forward of the Galley, hit the controls for the AC and catch a movie on the onboard entertainment system, run your favourite tunes through the Sonos or Fusion stereo system or break out a board game on the dinette table. Ample natural light coming through expansive Saloon windows and more storage than most might need under every conceivable point.

Heading down the companionway the Riviera 56 offers a fantastic range of accommodation, a Master berth with private ensuite to Starboard complete with in cabin entertainment, a classic Riviera island style forward berth en-suited as well as offering you in cabin entertainment and a Port side midship pair on bunks for the younger members of the family. Sleeping at least 6 with ease all allowing a fresh flow of sea breeze through cabin hatches on a warm summers day or if the conditions are just that little bit to warm make the most of the Cruiseair AC system throughout the boat.

My favourite location on this amazing Riviera 56 is peering through the windscreen as she glides through the water at a comfortable 20 knots. The fly bridge is its own destination on this boat with Teak finishes, Macro suede furnishing, Teak table and wet bar with TV. An ideal location for the teenagers to get their own space away fom the adults or an ideal place to relax on a cooler winters day with a book and a cuppa. Block out curtains installed along with clears aft. The helm is where the real action is with a host of recently upgraded Garmin electronics, GPS, Sounders, Radar, auto pilot, chain counter, stereos, Cockpit and Engine room cameras along with a pair of hydraulic thrusters one each to Bow and Stern. Linked to the MTU engines through the EJS system this boat can be driven to Rotto sideways if you have the time with ultimate control through the joy stick the EJS system leaves the competitors in its wake, quiet literally. Air conditioned for your cruising enjoyment this boat is truely meant to be anywhere but its home berth.

Powered by the outstanding MTU 10V2000 power base giving you the use of 1380 hp a side through electronic controls this is a pleasure to drive and will cruise at 20 knots all day for outstanding economy with many finding 24/25 knots their preference. A sprint speed at 34 knots was achieved on our day out with the cameras and the boat was having a fantastic day of it ! Digital engine management, multiple electronic screens, AC, Stereo, Communications, on board cameras, bow thrusters and the amazing EJS system are all easy to hand on a sensational helm station. If that were not enough an aft docking station is available, simple in its installation yet highly efficient for those tight berths.

The current owner has just recently returned from a extended long range holiday and the boat performed flawlessly, in fact most of the hours on this vessel have been long range travelling hours which we know is so good for the condition of the engines. Total hours to date are 1600 hours.
