This Lagoon 560 catamaran is a galley up layout. Glass sliding doors open to a very comfortable saloon. The starboard half of the saloon provides a spacious wrap around galley with additional floating kitchen bench, ample storage, double sink, electric oven, induction stove, microwave, washing machine and dryer, fridge and freezer.

There is a large leather lounge in the port half of the saloon, with fold out dining/coffee table. Here is a stereo, additional storage space, and matching foot stools. The floating central bench has a flat screen television which is raised and later stowed for excellent functionality.

The forward facing aspect of the saloon offers an internal navigation area. This has the E-Plex interface command station, DC panel, manual switches for the bilge pumps, and the navigational controls. There are four large forward facing hatches offering excellent air flow throughout the saloon.

Through the companionway in the forward starboard corner of the saloon is access to the starboard hull. A private ensuite bathroom is the furthest forward, with separate shower followed by an electric fresh water head and vanity. Note that fresh water toilet heads offer much better aromas than a salt water flush. Then there is a large queen size bed with walkaround access on either side. Ample drawers, cupboards and hanging space ensure all items can be stowed.

Further aft down the hallway is the master cabin; complete with large accessible queen size bed, study desk, separate electric fresh water head, many extra storage options, separate spacious shower and large separate vanity area. This cabin also opens aft via a private glass sliding door onto the starboard sugar scoop and cockpit. The master cabin is highlighted as the superior suite and is far grander in size than any other cabin, with plenty of room to move around and lots of additional storage and luxuries.

Through the companionway in the forward port corner of the saloon is access to the front half of the port hull. Here is an additional fridge, tool room, and study area. Further forward is a large queen size bed with walkaround access on either side. Once again there are ample drawers, cupboards and hanging space to ensure all items can be stowed. Furthest forward is a private ensuite bathroom with separate shower, electric fresh water head and vanity area.

Returning to the saloon and headed aft is the teak cockpit. Here a private external access is offered to the aft port cabin via a separate glass sliding door, which does not require the main saloon doors to be opened to access this cabin. There is a large accessible walkaround queen size bed with study desk, hanging cupboards and many drawers. Further aft is a private ensuite bathroom complete with separate shower, electric fresh water head and vanity.

The lower teak cockpit is complete with covered outdoor dining area, additional fresh water sink, many cushioned seating areas and a spacious aft facing daybed. There is ample storage in the external lockers, including salt water live bait tanks near each sugar scoop on the transoms. Both sugar scoops offer fresh water showers and swim ladders, which are stored in the spacious engine bays.

Both Yanmar 110HP engines are in good condition, and were recently fully removed and serviced. There is a
250L/hr watermaker in the port engine bay. The teak dinghy lift platform is hydraulically operated by a hand control in the aft cockpit locker. The blue courtesy lights add to the mood for entertaining in the evenings.

The teak spiral staircase leads up to a flybridge helm and additional seating area - where land can be first sighted a lot sooner than at lower levels! There is an additional table and many comfortable daybeds set beautifully amongst the teak flooring, as well as 2100W of solar panels mounted to the bimini frame. All navigational controls at the helm are relayed inside to the nav station in the saloon - including autopilot, radar, AIS, and charts. This Lagoon 560 is designed to be driven single-handed; with all sheets, lines, navigation electronics, and windlass chaincounter controls located at the helm.

The foredeck is a large area with additional cushioned seating area complete with blue courtesy lights, new trampolines, bow seats, salt and fresh water wash down, electric windlass, and gelcoat finish. There is a large hatch in the centre with the 19kW Cummins Onan generator, battery bank, and AC switch panel.

The forward point on the port side offers an additional crew cabin with manual head and shower, whereas the starboard point is used for extra storage of sails and other essential items.

This vessel sustained some damage in Hurricane Irma back in 2017 that was repaired to a very high standard. She has since demonstrated her seaworthiness in sailing over 10,000 miles - from the British Virgin Islands all the way up and down the West Indies to Grenada, through the Venezuelan and ABC Islands up to Jamaica, Cuba, the Bahamas, Florida and Florida Keys, back to Cuba, through the Cayman Islands, Providencia and Panama to the San Blas islands and back again - where she was again based in the picturesque Bahamas.

OCEAN NOMAD hauled out at Bradford Marine Shipyard in Freeport on Grand Bahama island for new antifouling and anodes in December 2020. The vessel has since been launched back to the water and sailed to West Palm Beach, Florida USA in early 2021 - awaiting your inspection!

This Lagoon 560 is fully functional; other than the air conditioning which the current owner has no use for, and the bow thruster which requires a new switch or solenoid - as well as some minor cosmetic items and aesthetic imperfections throughout, which would be expected for a boat of its age. The remaining improvements can be done at the new owner's discretion, or you can continue sailing as-is. The boat is listed well below market value to allow for further upgrades and improvements, and to accommodate a quick sale.

OCEAN NOMAD is priced to sell... By far the cheapest Lagoon 560 catamaran on the market, ready to sail away!

Delivery can be arranged to anywhere in the world, as per agreeable purchase conditions & current covid regulations.
