Cooeyanna is a 48 foot custom cruising cat that was professionally built by Denis Lobb with modifications by shipwright Dave Mitchell. She was launched in Coffs Harbour in 1991 and has been continually upgraded by experienced one owner.

Our family has enjoyed countless hours and cruising experiences on "Cooey" over the past 25 years. During that time she's been a regular visitor to the Queensland reef - from Lady Musgrave to the Keppels and the Whitsunday Islands.

Cooey is a very comfortable boat that would suit family coastal cruising or offshore exploring. There's plenty of room in the galley and the saloon is a great place to relax at anchor or rest while sailing. Elevated cockpit is covered with part clear screen that provides protection and allows excellent all round vision.

With a waterline length of near 50 feet including rudders and light displacement of around 9,000kgs "Cooey" is a surprisingly quick sailing vessel and has recorded average passage speeds of 11.5 knots. Bow and stern thrusters aid close manouvering while retractable leg with big prop provides efficient distance motoring and resistance free sailing.
