The Helia 44 design has proved very popular as it delivers owners large entertaining spaces, excellent accommodation, plus great sea handling capabilities.

This large double four cabin, four ensuite vessel provides multiple entertaining areas including the saloon, large rear cockpit, upper deck lounge, plus foredeck seating. The U shaped galley provides excellent bench space and flows naturally to the saloon and cockpit. The saloon is bathed in natural light and ventilation and offers 360 degree views.

The detailed inventory includes: a fully airconditioned interior; generator; 1260ah battery banks, redundant charger/inverter system, solar panels, water maker, electric and manual deck winches, Garmin navigation system; Hypalon hard hulled tender with 15hp outboard.

The vessel is powered by twin 57hp Yanmar diesels with just over 550 hours. Servicing was completed October 2021. All the rigging and sails are in good condition. A rigging report was completed March 2021. Sails include Main, Genoa, and Gennaker.

The owner maintains this vessel to a very high level with a preventative maintenance schedule in place. The last out of water survey was March 2021 where the surveyor noted "this vessel is in very good condition and presents as new". Battery description: The vessel is fitted with a total of 1260ah across two house battery banks which deliv-ers redundancy and two banks of 630A each. Most boats of this type run less than 700A on a single bank. There is also two Victron Energy 80A/2000W chargers/inverters which again deliver full redundancy. The current owner advises they runs bank one during the day till after dinner, and bank one is normally still at 93% charge, then they switch to bank two for the night which sees the second bank down to only 96% by morning. The owner advises that by mid-morning the batteries are fully charge from just the so-lar. Obviously, weather and used profiles may differ.
