Change of tack due to health, very reluctant sale. Having spent the last few years getting the boat ready to go cruising, replacing most of the expensive stuff, it's all ready for someone else to live the dream! With only 2 fastidious owners, "Razzle Dazzle" has been owner operated as a Charter boat (chartered lightly) to offset costs of keeping the boat well maintained with no expense spared. This is not your average charter boat; its been our baby for the last 8 years and provided us with an awesome lifestyle. Razzle is still in 4c survey which leaves options open to generate good income by owner operating (business listed separately), Potential to place in charter with a major company or simply sail away as we were about to do.

Remarks
We had dreamed and planned on going cruising from Nov 2018 but cancer has put a stop to that. Razzle Dazzle is in extremely good condition as we have never stopped improving her and replaced many things while we could claim them as a tax deduction with the plan of having most things new or fairly new when we started to cruise. While we only use Razzle privately now, she is still commercially registered which leaves the option to recommence charter work if the new owner wished to as this can be quite lucritive. (We chose the lifestyle). There are many boat spares, the replaced mainsail and headsail, plus crokery, linen, included.
Razzle Dazzle is ready to provision and simply sail away!
