Retired By Friday is a beautifully presented 2013 Lagoon 421 that is now listed exclusively for sale with the team at YOTI on the Gold Coast.

The Lagoon 421 is often described as the perfect cruising catamaran; she has an improved sailing performance over the 420 model and combines great 'live aboard' accommodations with thoroughly modern sailing attributes.

When it comes to sailing the Lagoon 421 comes into its own, the sheets and control lines have all been arranged to work on three electric winches and line stoppers conveniently positioned next to the helm. The electric winches are a great bonus for easy sail trimming. Powered by two economical 40 hp Yanmar engines she motors effortlessly with low fuel consumption.

Her spacious cockpit can seat 8 around the dining table, with great access to the saloon through the large sliding door and window. The helm is raised to starboard, which allows good all-round visibility, whilst still in full contact with the cockpit and close to the saloon. For many couples and families, this is a much sought after feature.

Set up for cruising, "Retired by Friday" is the popular 3 bedroom version with the port hull dedicated to the owners, with a large luxury bathroom and outstanding living areas. The other hull incorporates two double cabins, both with an Ensuite. All cabins feature Lagoon's unique one way view hull windows. These flood the accommodation with light and allow great views of the sea, without the cabin interiors being visible from the outside.

The saloon is light and welcoming with a forward facing nav station and well-appointed galley facing aft, within arm's reach of the cockpit.

Fully equipped for world cruising with everything needed to cruise in comfort and safety: full Raymarine instrumentation, including radar, AIS and duplicate plotter screens at helm and Nav station. 800W solar panel array to keep the fridges and freezer cool. A 9.5Kw Onan Genset for full-boat air conditioning and a 120l/h Watermaker and a washing machine to make this vessel self-sufficient.

Retired by Friday has just been hauled out at the Boatworks, Gold Coast Marine Precinct, for Hull Polish, Antifouling, Engine and Saildrive service including prop speed.

Please contact Robert Vrind for more information and to book your inspection on the Gold coast.
