Well here she is. Your opportunity to own a highly sort after owners version, performance cruising catamaran.
"Alidade" is hull #1 of the Outremer 49's. As the display & show boat of what was their new design (that went on to win 2010 Catamaran of the year) a lot of time and care went into making her.
As you can tell when you step aboard, Outremer designs are very well thought through, with all available space used to best advantage. She has a forward facing navigation table and a galley up. Two heads, with separate showers. A huge dining table that also converts to a bed. She comes with everything needed for extended cruising, including a top of the line Desalator Duo watermaker and Daewoo washing machine. Hot water is readily available, using electricity generated by solar to heat it or off the starboard motor when it is run. There is generally enough solar power to run the washing machine, produce hot water and make fresh water however there is also a generator built into the Starboard Yanmar engine, that can also be run if required. She has an enclosable rear cockpit area and comes with an Offshore Cruising Tender.
Currently on her way back to Australia after cruising the Pacific she has been well maintained and is ready to continue cruising. All the jobs have been done, including a full re-rig in March this year (2024). She is AMSA registered and flagged to Australia, with GST and importation taxes already paid.
