This is a well-kept version of the award-winning Seawind 1000 in the popular rear bathroom configuration that was originally built to NSW Survey.

Up until 5 years ago - when I bought Felix - she had done all her sailing along the east coast. When I bought her, I sailed her south and over the last 5 years she has done nearly all her sailing in Western Port, Victoria - where she is currently berthed. She has also ventured into Bass Strait and handled the Strait's challenges effortlessly.

She underwent an out-of-water insurance survey in September, 2019, with the surveyor's General Remarks being displayed in the photo section of this advertisement. At the same time, she was antifouled and had the Tohatsu 20hp Outboards serviced and new Tru Design ball valves and skin fittings installed, as well as the connecting head hoses replaced.

Recent additions include:
- a Raymarine a97 plotter
- 3 x 130 amp/hr AGM deep cycle batteries
- a 12V/24V 30A MPPT Solar Charge Controller
- a Raymarine Evolution EV-100 Wheel Autopilot
- a Raymarine i60 wind display
- a Sarca Excell anchor and 75 metres of 8mm short link chain
- LED lights installed to all cabin areas and the saloon

Felix sails exceptionally well, accommodates very comfortably, and is clean and well cared for. She has provided many wonderful memories - and will continue to do so long into the future.
