The boat was initially delivered from South Africa to the British Virgin Islands. The first owner was a wealthy elderly lady who lived in USA and came to the BVI to holiday on her boat for a few weeks each year. We are the second owners of the boat, since April 2017. The boat has never been chartered, and has very little use for its age.  Our intention was to sail Wild Thing from the British Virgin Islands through Panama Canal and cruise the islands of the Pacific Ocean back home to Australia. However following Hurricane Irma, we have now purchased a larger storm damaged catamaran and have decided to repair this as our new home. We need the money from the sale of Wild Thing to move forward with our next project...

We took Wild Thing safely south to Los Roques away from the recent hurricanes. She was not impacted by the hurricanes in any way. Wild Thing is a solid and brilliantly built cruising catamaran, set up self-sufficiently with solar, wind and rainwater collection. She is ready to sail away or charter immediately!

Even though she is very similar to a Voyage 500, our Norseman Mayotte 47 catamaran is an off shore racing version, built lighter and stronger than other standard Norseman or Voyage cats.

The boat is located in Nanny Cay, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, Caribbean. Please look at flights to Beef Island (EIS) or otherwise St Thomas (STT) airports.
