Deceased estate: beautiful 52" 1976 ocean going cruising yacht, Australian circumnavigaiton completed 1997. Remarkably fair hull, comfortable in heavy seas, top speed under sail 13 knots. Single builder-owner. Incompletely fitted out but home to a family of four in the 70s, then home to owner and his wife in late 1990s. Jurraveel was brought ashore and set up next to a two bedroom home in Howard in the 2010s for a final refit, but has sat unattended for 2 years due to Dad's illness. You could refit this gorgeous vessel while living in the home for low rent ($80/week negotiable) or transport back to Bundaberg to refloat. Transport costs (crane and truck) were $2,800 + GST in August 2011. Full rig and masts, anchors and chains, charts and dingy + outboard included. For more detail: http://www. Godbold.
