THIRD PRICE REDUCTION ! !
Built in 1990 by Master shipbuilder Russell Minto to a Joe Adams Design, then sold and modified with luxury fitout internally, lining the interior with solid timbers such as Queensland Mahogany, Ash, and Teak. Other mods included increasing the sheer and rake of the bow, and adding a sugar-scoop to the stern. All work was done by Russell Minto, and completed in 2002. Sold to present (3rd) owner in 2009, with further upgrades to a cruising spec, adding full electronics suite, VHF/HF radios, GPS/chartplotter, radar, solar and wind power generation, Bimini/Dodger and targa frame, etc. She was cruised as a liveaboard for 3 years over 2010-2012, and then pulled out for a full refurbishment and repainting of the hull and superstructure. Power winch for the Main Halyard/mainsheet was added and refrigeration upgraded. Relaunched in DEC 2015.
Kurranulla has been an eye-catcher wherever she goes, and has been fastidiously maintained by her owner, who is a tradesman, and boat maintainer by profession. She has a very strong rig, and has proved to be extremely sea-kindly. Pulled out of the water again in Aug to Oct 2019 for survey and antifouling, new cutlass (shaft) bearing and general maintenance of the hull. The Bimini/Dodger was renewed in late 2018.
She is for definite sale by the owner, and ANY REASONABLE OFFER WILL BE CONSIDERED. She is ready to go without any further work required.

Remarks
Lovingly maintained by current owner who is a boat repairer/maintainer by profession, Kurranulla is well-known down the East Coast of Australia, and is a prize much sought after. For DEFINITE SALE (yup, its time to get serious about this), she will provide her new owner with many years of wonderful sailing. She is a beautiful sea-boat with a very strong rig, and sails as you would expect an Adams design to sail. Was Registered Aust Ship when built but this has not been continued since remodelling in 2002. Has sailed the Pacific, and will take very little to return to international status.
