Askew 40ft Steel Sloop

Well set-up steel sloop by Bruce Askew. Well-renowned for his great blue-water designs. This is a proven blue-water yacht recently returned from the islands.

Kahurangi is a well-equipped blue-water sloop which has been Cat 1 prior to it's return from the Islands, it is solid and in good condition. Lovely interior with accommodation for 6 in the private forward cabin, a double and a single in the saloon and a single aft beside the cockpit. With low hours on it's 2016 Yanmar motor and bristling with electronics including radar and GPS plotter, she is a reliable and well-equipped cruiser.

She has a solid hull and rigging originally designed to travel in Antarctic waters. Safety equipment is to cat 1 including a new 6-man life raft. There is also a RIB tender with 8HP outboard.

Kahurangi has a good sail wardrobe and top of the line Lewmar winches.

Sale can include current swing mooring off Bayswater Marina in Auckland.
