The Farr designed Beneteau 57 is rightly considered a flagship of the Beneteau range; superb in its design and construction and equally impressive in its presentation. This 2006,4-cabin model is rare in that it has a sparkling white hull together with wide laid teak decks and a very spacious aft deck ideal for relaxing in the sun. A clever fold away section allows easy steps access from the rear deck to a dinghy, the water or marina level. Her roomy centre cockpit features pedestal wheel steering and a central teak table with U-shaped seating, perfect for alfresco dining and entertaining while the bimini sunshade and solid cockpit windscreen provide all-weather protection.

The 4-cabin layout makes the best use of the impressive interior space in the Beneteau 57 with two private double cabins forward, each with an ensuite, a private two berth crew or guest cabin with ensuite to starboard amidships and an exceptionally spacious owner's suite with island bed, dressing table and settee lounge aft, also with ensuite toilet and shower. The expansive fully carpeted and air-conditioned main saloon features a leather upholstered U-shaped settee around a teak saloon table to port with a smaller leather upholstered settee and teak table opposite, allowing for a variety of dining and entertainment options.

A comprehensively equipped and spacious gourmet galley features gas cooking, a microwave cooker, twin sinks, large capacity refrigeration at the galley plus a cockpit fridge, a dish-washer and plenty of storage. There is also a Gas BBQ on deck. The well-appointed Chart table with forward facing seat is provided for the navigator. The quality of the interior fittings, leather and fabric upholstery and rich Cherry stained timbers is a standout feature of this most impressive long-range blue water cruising yacht.

This yacht is powered by a 160 HP Yanmar diesel housed along with her Onan 9.5Kva Generator in a spacious under-cockpit engine room. She carries up to 665 litres of diesel fuel and 1000 litres of water plus a water maker. Fitted with a powerful bow thruster for easy in-port manoeuvering, this Beneteau 57 is truly a go-anywhere luxury cruising yacht with excellent performance under power or sail. Her generous cutter rigged sail plan on a triple spreader mast is easily managed with powerful Harken primary, halyard and headsail furler winches. The sail wardrobe includes a triple stitched dacron mainsail, genoa and staysail with a spinnaker available to add some downwind excitement.

A full suite of Raymarine navigation and performance electronics makes life easy for the navigator. Included are fully integrated GPS Plotter displays in the cockpit and at the chart table below, Radar, Autopilot and Graphic Displays at the chart table and also in the cockpit. Radio Communications is via an Icom MF/HF transceiver at the chart table and VHF transceivers at both the chart table and in the cockpit.

An appropriate level of safety equipment is carried and this Beneteau 57 is currently in Commercial Survey until October 2021 although only used privately under her current ownership. A 3.3M dinghy with 9.9hp outboard and trailer is also included.

This most impressive Beneteau 57 has a very extensive inventory, available on request. For further information or to arrange inspection with our co-broker in Airlie Beach, QLD, please contact Chris Furey on 0410 551 977 or complete the on-line enquiry form.
