A very tidy example of this quality built racer/cruiser.

Caliban is the perfect cruising yacht for a couple or small family. She has 2 generous double cabins, one head, a U shaped galley with a near new 3 burner stove/oven, double stainless steel sink and eutectic chest fridge/freezer. Chart table is forward facing on the starboard side aft of the saloon, with a generous V berth forward. There is a double aft cabin on the port side behind the galley.

The interior benefits from a recent professional headliner replacement throughout, the cushions and mattresses have been tastefully recovered.
Communications suite comprises of a Codan 9030 HF radio and GME VHF. Wind speed, Magnified wind, depth and boatspeed are via B&G instruments. Navman GPS plotter. There is a Raymarine autopilot also.

Enjoy peace of mind at anchor thanks to the 20KG Delta affixed to approximately 80M of quality 10mm chain. A Lofrans winch sits in the anchor locker and is controlled via a hand held controller up front.

Mainsail has 3 reefing points and rests in a lazy bag, the jib is on a roller furler making for easy short hand sailing. There is 1 spinnaker along with guys, sheets and blocks.

As you would expect of the linage, she sails beautifully and is dry in the cockpit owing to the high coamings. The helmsman is comfortable standing or sitting at any angle of heel thanks to the sloping floor aft of the helm and rounded seat. Something missing from a lot of modern production boats.

Caliban comes with a variety of spares, tools and regulatory safety gear including EPIRB.

Antifoul is due so I'll be hauling out on 20th of March at Sandringham Yacht Club. Interested parties are welcome to inspect the undersides at this time.
