Remarks
This lovely 39-footer would make a fabulous first boat, upgrade from a trailer-sailer, or a very comfortable live-aboard. She is priced below market for a quick, uncomplicated sale.

The Benetau Oceanis, designed by Phillipe Briand, are recognised as boats built for comfortable recreational day sailing or open water and weekends away - and that's what we've enjoyed since purchasing 10 years ago. This is a reluctant sale, due to personal health issues.
Roomy below with 3 cabins, 2 heads, and loads of internal storage capacity, her galley fittings include gas 2-burner stove with oven, gas barbecue, and the de-commissioned fridge works well as a roomy ice-box.
She comes with a good sail inventory including near new headsail and a spare new main.
The Cockpit has removable, oversized wheel with all lines feeding to the cockpit for very easy, short-handed sailing. A large bimini offers good weather protection. Drop down sides on centre table and 2 burner BBQ at rear. Cockpit seating is fully cishioned for comfort and 2 additional "cruising" seats have been added.
The Yanmar engine fitted new in 2007 has only clocked up (approx. ) 1100hrs.
A new anchor has a re-galvanised chain, and the electric winch with cockpit controls is in good condition.
ALso fitted with an Inverter, Battery charger, drop down boarding ladder, oversize winches, radar and GPS tower and inner forstay rigging.

Currently living in a secure berth in Great Sandy Straits Marina, Hervey Bay, she is registered to June 2021, with marina fees paid until October 2020.
