"Gypsy Rover" The perfect vessel for the adventurous sailor looking to explore the oceans or cruise the coastal islands! If that's you, this is the yacht to fulfil your dreams. The Bowman design is well renowned for its sailing prowess in open water, ease of handling and minimal pitch and roll. The yawl rig with furling headsail and lazyjacks on the main provide the ability to remove sail easily if conditions change. The centre cockpit with hard canopy provides excellent protection from the elements when underway and allows for the large aft cabin design below deck. On deck, the stainless steel rigging and aluminium masts are in excellent condition for their age with the cap shrouds replaced only 5 years ago. A full sail inventory including a near new main and genoa which have only been used on 2 or 3 occasions allow for a comfortable cruising speed of 7-8 knots. Below deck, Gypsy Rover is well appointed with accents of Burmese teak and mahogany and a full 1.85m headroom throughout. The large aft cabin provides privacy and comfort with a fore cabin providing an additional double berth. The saloon is open and comfortable to relax in after a long days sail and can also be converted to a double berth with a separate dining area on the starboard side.
Gypsy Rover has been moored up waiting for its new owner to take her back into open waters and freedom.
