Yacht was launched January 2005

"WINDERMERE " has quite a few extras.

1 New lazy jacks sail bag. (Main drops down into bag. Bag stays on boom. )
2 Brass clock and barometer.
3 Brass citronella lamp.
4 Ray Marine Auto helm, Speed log and Wind speed all linked by
seatalk. Helm automatically adjusts to wind direction. Auto tack also.
5 Gas detectors fitted under stove and in bilge.
6 Anchor winch.
7 Stainless gas BBQ.
8 240/12 volt Fridge
10 Wash-down pump. (Hose fitting in anchor well).
11 Extra 50lt water tank ( We used this for drinking water. ) with

We have a porta-potty in the shower room, We found this much more practical than the sea toilet. The sea toilet and holding tank are still in my shed if required.
Windermere has a 29 HP (355Hr) Universal Diesel engine Uses about 3Lt/Hr. The prop-shaft has a carbon seal (No stuffing box). She was launched new year 2005. All 10 mast stays are in good condition. The wing keel draws 1.1Mt. Length overall is 29Ft 5ins, and 10Ft 4in beam. Keel is lead. There is heaps of storage behind and under cabin seats. Also rear lockers have floors in them.
This yacht is owned by the original owners, and has only ever sailed on the East Gippsland Lake system.

This yacht has only ever sailed on the Gippsland Lakes system and is in very good condition.
