Presentation

From one of the worlds great cruising yacht designers and built by the renowned Cheoy Lee Shipyard, the Cheoy Lee 35 offers sleek traditional lines, clever design features, a large volume interior and fine craftsmanship. Featuring solid GRP build with wheel steering, a spacious cockpit with moulded teak laid seating, a voluminous interior with comfortable saloon settee, fully equipped U shaped galley, enclosed head, forward master cabin and large storage capacity. Perfect for blue water cruising, weekending or day sailing with family and friends the Cheoy Lee 35 will suit those seeking a modern, comfortable yacht with traditional style.

Purchased in less than perfect condition in 2014,"Spring Fever" began a refit under her current owners with many big ticket upgrades completed including replacement of stainless rigging (2013), new chain plates (2014), new 39HP Yanmar diesel (2014), new batteries (2014), new macerator (2015), new LCD DVD player (2015), new 1200W Maxwell windlass with bow and cockpit controls (2016). Unfortunately family and work commitments have brought this project to a halt.

An opportunity to capitalise on her current owners investment, Spring Fever presents as 'good bones' and seeks a new owner to complete her refit. Well worth the effort, she's certainly a yacht that you will want to keep. Please contact our Sydney office for further information or to arrange an inspection on 9969 2144.
