These yachts have a great reputation and this one is decidely above average in well cared for, lovely condition. Australian registered, the availability of offshore cruising is with this yach if you are so inclined. It has a comfortable cruising /liveaboard fitout, factory finished for the most part in teak. Combine that with good sailing perforamnce, these boats point high and sail well. Quite a few of these boats have competed in Sydney Hobart races, with one placing 2nd overall as recently as 2007. Pretty good for a 70's design. It has 2 x 150W solar panels, 12V refridgeration that works extremely well, a near new stove with oven, pleanty of storage, nav station, L shaped galley below companionway, and a good deal of safety with the 50% ballast ratio with the lead keel. Wide side decks allow fast access to fordeckThis boat is a keeper. Magazine articles available in which this boat was actually featured. Owners health necessitates a quick sale, and whilst the boat is excellent value at $45,000, offers are invited. BARGAIN !!! MAKE AN OFFER. NOW REDUCED !!
