The Contessa 26 (aka JJ Taylor 26) has been made famous by a number of young adventurers (including Jesse Martin and Brian Caldwell) willing to make legendary voyages. However, Tania Aebi remains the most famous when in the 1980's she became the youngest female to solo circumnavigate in her Contessa 26 'Varuana'.

Fresh from a Pacific Crossing, 'Crazy Love' is a little yacht with a huge personality - and she knows no bounds - and is quite possibly the best kept secret in Sydney... Until now!

Her previous owners (an American couple) sailed her from the United States and stopped along the way at all the major cruising destinations across the Pacific. They ended their cruising in Fiji where the yacht exchanged ownership. Before her current owner embarked on a solo sailing mission to Australia, the yacht was lifted, anti-fouled and new sails and covers were fitted amongst other important upgrades and maintenance.

Crazy Love was the smallest vessel to take part in the 2019 'Go West' Down Under Rally arriving in Australia last November. Her owner must now return to work overseas so now is a great opportunity to take ownership of this amazing well travelled little yacht.

Crazy Love is incredibly well equipped for passage making with state of the art AIS Vesper Watchmate system which integrates to an ipad with charts overlay, tiller auto pilot with wind vane self steering, solar panels, new batteries, new sails and much much more.

Crazy Love has been recently sailed, recently antifouled and had a great suite of cruising gear ready for her next voyage.

This legendary ocean-proven pocket cruiser, made famous by Tania Aebi's and Brian Caldwell's solo circumnavigations, has been fully imported into Australia and is now for sale in the heart of Sydney Harbour.
