Just reduced another $20k, Mitch Lacco Queenscliff Couta Boat - fully restored. This boat was restored by well known wooden boat shipwright Brett Arnold 10 years ago and recently fully refurbished last year by the famous Cayzer Wooden Boat family in Queenscliff including
Brand new Doyle sails Main and number one headsail (used twice)
Decks, topsides and bottom stripped and professionally re-painted
Mast and boom and Gaff out and stripped and re-varnished
All running rigging replaced
All wooden turning blocks replaced
Electrics re-wired and new batteries and bilge pump
Engine refurbed including heat exchanger, new flex engine mounts, flexible coupling, new shaft, stern gland and cutlass bearing
New rudder and brass pintles made by Cayzer boat builders

Just been hauled (last week) and bottom done -sanded and antifouled and prop speed, Topsides professionally re-painted including rubbing strake and cockpit coaming and interior

Just completed a full shipwright survey which is available on request

"The vessel was completely refurbished in 2006 by Brett Almond and remains in very good condition. The hull,
deck and internal framing is all structurally sound with no visible damage or defects. The hull plank seams are tight. The topsides and
cockpit have just been repainted. Overall the vessel has been very well maintained and remains in a very good, serviceable condition"
