Why Knot is an exceptional example of the master boat builders craft.

Built (strip planked) in 1972 for a Perth industrialist, she was let go until discovered in Shark Bay in about 2013.
Then after was rebuilt and restored to better than new over a five year period.
Re launched in 2019, she took us to the wooden Boat festival in Hobart and back to Port Phillip in style and comfort.

Her spacious centre cockpit is an appealing entertainment area and separates the main cabin from the Aft sleeping cabin with its en suite electric toilet

Her restoration saw a complete re build including all new:
Yanmar 130hp turbo Diesel engine
8kva Diesel Generater
Two electric toilets
Watermaker
Bow thruster
New sails and rigging
All restored bright work, cabin windows and teak trim. New teak laid deck

Her King Billy Pine hull taken back to the timber and two pack finished

Completely re furnished interior with mahogany panelling, and every conceivable accoutrement
