We are proud to offer this superb 2009 Dufour Grand Large 385 two cabin, single toilet and shower model, a yacht of unmistakable quality. This was the very last of more than 530 of the GL 385's built by Dufour and benefits from all the refinements made throughout that successful production run. Her sailing qualities are quite outstanding; she's fast, stable and easily handled. Twin wheels ensure excellent visibility for the helmsperson and allow convenient cockpit access through the transom.

A boom bag with lazy jacks for the mainsail plus a furling headsail make for easy short- handed sailing while the heavy weather jib or the storm jib can be set on an inner forestay so you don't need to remove the furling genoa. There is also a spinnaker to add some downwind performance. Laid teak decks and the folding teak cockpit table add an elegant and practical touch.

Fully optioned for comfortable cruising and ease of handling by her discerning owner, this Dufour 385 Grand Large exudes French style and design flair throughout. She comes complete with wanted extras to enhance your sailing experience including the spray dodger for weather protection, primary winches located adjacent to the twin helms to make sail handling so easy. The upgraded 38 hp Volvo Penta diesel engine with sail drive has run just 830 hours.

The galley features a large fridge, gas stove and oven. Twin sinks and plenty of storage will appeal. Her enormous forward owner's cabin features an offset Pullman style double berth and plenty of space, light and storage capacity. The double berth aft cabin to starboard has the toilet and vanity basin with a separate shower compartment located opposite to port. A huge aft storage area with custom shipwright installed shelving and lockers is accessible either aft of the toilet & shower compartment or direct from the cockpit above.

The spacious and well-proportioned main saloon is perfect for entertaining your family and friends in stylish ambience. Quality rich blue upholstery contrasts with teak timbers finished to a satin sheen on bulkheads, doors, table and trim. The large saloon table can be lowered to form an additional double berth if required. Electronics include a powerful and efficient Autopilot plus Raymarine log, speedo, depth sounder and wind instruments. The GPS with Plotter, New Icom HF radio, VHF radio, switch panel, stereo and power management system are conveniently located at the chart table.

Having just returned from the Van Diemen's Rally around Tasmania, she is poised to take you anywhere in safety and comfort. Inspection is sure to impress.
