Eastcoast 31

Nemo, a beautiful Eastcoast 31, is a well-loved family boat, ready for cruising with a fit-out kitchen, head (including toilet holding tank), pressurised fresh water system and comfortable accommodation for up to five people. The Peter Cole designed Eastcoast 31 half tonners are well regarded for their sailing qualities as well as for their spaciousness and style.

Nemo was recently anti-fouled and polished (on 18th November) and both sails are in very good condition. The boat's crushed blue-velvet upholstery is also in very good condition and the interior is currently 'wrapped' in white, but the original teak is in excellent condition underneath and the wrapping takes only minutes to remove (giving you the option of white or teak finish). Nemo is powered by a kubota 20 hp diesel engine that has just been serviced.

Equally at home offshore, in club races or just cruising with family and friends, Eastcoast 31's are a safe and sturdy boat with a good turn of speed. I'm mildly devastated to be parting with Nemo, as she's such an excellent boat, but work commitments have meant I don't have much time to sail.
