Remarks
Owners see sailing beyond them due to health reasons. The yacht has been used as a motor boat on the harbour for the last three years and sails sheets etc have been stored in a dry place out of the sun. Sails well on the harbour but longs for ocean passages and coral lagoons with a skipper that loves her! All crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, drink glasses etc -- all things needed for cruising are already on board.
