Tour/Video

Well-equipped Huon pine yacht in good condition with well-documented history.

This Eric Cox-design is very much along the lines of Eric Hiscock's "Wanderer III" and has proven herself as a seaworthy and dependable performer in offshore conditions. Sleeps five in tradional style in a warm huon pine timber interior.

"Toroa" was very robustly built and is in good order. A classic timber cruising yacht well worth inspecting.

Remarks
Very strongly built in Tasmanian Huon pine to a robust New Zealand design, Toroa has made three trips across Bass Strait. She has been well maintained and is presented in very tidy order but the owner has deliberately kept her in close to original condition with simple systems and original fittings. Toroa is now close to fitting the "classic" designation and is a really delightful vessel, with many miles still to sail.
