You'd spend a fortune, waste a ton of time and effort to get another boat ready. This boat is well thought out, fully equipped and ready to go now! Just buy, stock and go! Don't rebuild a boat. Buy it, take off and enjoy the sundowners.
Hunter has been building solid, fast and beautiful boats for years. This boat has been fully outfitted for comfortable cruising. Cruisers will buy beautiful boats and spend a FORTUNE and a ton of cruising time to equip her with all the necessary equipment to make the cruising life a joy and safe. Why re-invent the wheel?! Go cruising.
FriendShip II is an owner's version with two large cabins and two heads. She has recently returned from an Australian Circumnavigation and has had over $80,000 worth of upgrades and additions, pre-and post journey. She is a remarkably safe and comfortable boat for any itinerary, and is ready to take her new owner across the bay, or across the globe in style, needing nothing else to spend.
The Hunter Passage is known for its solid fibreglass hull, Kevlar stringers, and unique B&R Rigging for upwind performance. The boat remains very dry in messy seas and is easy to sail short or single handed from the comfort of the cockpit. When venturing out on deck, the custom made stainless steel handrails provide that extra security.
Regularly thought to be new or near new by yachties she is meticulously maintained. The volumous interior makes entertaining guests aboard a pleasant experience. And having a large capacity water maker means you never need to forgo that refreshing shower at the end of a long day's sail. Take the dingy out for a row or a sail, or easily pop on the 4 stroke outboard with the lifting crane. The standing rigging has been recently replaced as has much of the running rigging. She has air conditioning throughout, has the latest touchscreen navigation hardware, new sails and covers, plus much, much more.
