"Yarrakai", a Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 36i is the complete package. These fine cruising yachts strike that rare balance... Nice (pretty) lines, spacious cockpit, extraordinarily generous and well-appointed accommodation, and outstanding performance under sail (and motor). Added to all that, the 36i is safely and easily handled by a couple. Sails are managed from the cockpit (including reefing) and the control and maneuverability under motor make for fuss-free docking. The big beam is carried through to the transom maximising cabin and cockpit space. "Yarrakai" has been much loved since new by her current and only owners who have reluctantly decided it is time to sell. These experienced owners (marine diesel mechanic and AMSA certified master) have maintained this comprehensively equipped vessel to professional standards.

Accommodation
The spacious cockpit can be enclosed. With the transom BBQ and the folding cockpit table, the cockpit is an extension of the below deck accommodations. Step below and you will appreciate the space, the ambiance created by the timber fit-out and natural light. Aft (accessed to starboard) is a private double cabin. To port is the bathroom with a separate shower stall. Aft of the bathroom is a huge storage locker (sails, sheets, tools etc). Forward of the bathroom is the navigation table which slides aft when not in use to free up settee space. The full-service galley is opposite to starboard. Forward is the dinette with seating for 6 around the dining table with drop leaves and wine storage. With the table leaves down a comfortable occasional double berth can be set up. Forward of the bulkhead is a private double V-berth. Both private cabins have privacy doors and hanging lockers.
